Rancho Peludo is a French non-profit animal rescue association (loi 1901) founded by Melanie Porte. All proceeds from the shop are donated to the association to fund veterinary care, food and sterilisation of the animals in our care. Products are manufactured, printed and shipped by our partner Printful. All visuals are original creations designed by Rancho Peludo.
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered in the Rancho Peludo shop. Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The products offered are those listed on the site at the time of browsing. Each item is accompanied by a description and one or more non-contractual photographs. Products are printed and shipped on demand via our partner Printful from various production centres.
All prices are in euros (€), VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method and destination country. Rancho Peludo reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while guaranteeing the price displayed at the time of the order.
To place an order, the customer must select the desired product(s), add them to the cart, confirm after review, and proceed to payment. An order confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided. The sale is considered final upon receipt of this email.
Payment is processed securely by credit card or PayPal via Stripe. No banking information is stored by Rancho Peludo.
Products are printed and shipped by Printful. Average processing times are 2 to 7 business days, plus shipping time depending on destination. Rancho Peludo cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure or postal disruptions.
Under article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, under article L.221-28 3° of the same Code, this right does not apply to products made to order, such as print-on-demand items. As all products offered by Rancho Peludo are made on demand, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or printing error. In the case of a defective product, please contact us at melanie@ranchopeludo.org.
In the case of a defective, misprinted or incorrect product, the customer must send an email with photo(s) of the defective product within 14 days of receipt. After review, Rancho Peludo will offer a replacement or a refund. No return will be accepted without prior agreement from our team.
Rancho Peludo cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in delivery by the carrier, nor for any indirect damages related to the use of the site or products.
Information collected during orders is strictly confidential and used solely for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to melanie@ranchopeludo.org.
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, design) are the exclusive property of Rancho Peludo and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction. The consumer may also contact a consumer mediator at: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
